Journey of Vijaya

On a sourcing trip for the loom, I found myself completely drawn to the colors story that nature casually laid out in front of me. It was like the earth had its own shades of sunlit sand, earthy browns, soft creams, sage greens....They were a vibe. They spoke to something deeper, a connection to the world around us that’s so often drowned out by the noise of everyday life.

That’s what inspired PC-01, our very first collection. We’re calling it Vijaya, which comes from Vijay, meaning victory in Hindi. But it’s not just about winning, it’s about celebrating nature’s quiet victory over the chaos of fast fashion. We wanted this collection to feel like a breath of fresh air, like a gentle reminder to slow down, take a moment, and reconnect with what’s real. It’s about honoring the raw beauty of the world and the artistry of the weavers who bring it to life, thread by thread.

The colors story of Vijaya is straight from the nature; warm and real. They’re not here to shout for attention, they’re just quietly doing their thing like nature does...I wanted that same energy in this collection, something that feels authentic, effortless, and full of life :)

To me, Vijaya is about embracing what’s truly important.... the people, the stories, and the world we’re part of. It’s not about chasing trends or quick wins. It’s about creating something that lasts, something that feels connected to the earth and to the hands that make it. This collection is my way of honoring both the old school way of weaving and the beauty that surrounds us. It’s for those of us who believe in fashion with a purpose, who know that style isn’t just about looking good, but feeling good about what we wear <3

Vijaya is all about zero waste. We turn leftover fabrics into trims, fusing covers, Buttons flap, etc etc. Nothing goes to waste here, What ever is remaining is going for Paridhaan upcoming upcycling projects!
